Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance in Austin, TX, is seeking motivated sales professionals to join our team. We welcome recent grads, BDRs/SDRs, and experienced pros to build a long-term career in B2B insurance sales.

You will develop relationships with business owners, identify client needs, and present Commercial Property & Casualty or Employee Benefits solutions, aiming to grow a substantial book of business with the support of mentorship and training.
