Job summary

Allied Solutions LLC is seeking an Insurance Processor to accurately process auto, mortgage, and property-and-casualty insurance documents for multiple financial-institution clients. You will navigate complex document structures, apply data with precision, and ensure compliance across various rules and exceptions.

The role emphasizes meticulous data entry, attention to process details, and the ability to switch tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of work-related experience required.
• Prior data entry or insurance experience is required.
• Commercial insurance experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and accurately enter auto mortgage, property and casualty GAP, AD&D, Vehicle Warranty, Credit Life, and Credit Life & Disability insurance documents into Allied’s tracking system.
• Accurately apply insurance to loan records and follow procedures to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Process a high daily volume of insurance documents and premium invoices with attention to detail.
• Perform data capture duties in OCR validations, OCR review, and/or IDP workflows.
• Follow department procedures and contribute to process improvements as needed.
