Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in insurance and/or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years in insurance-related roles.
• Project management certification from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in MS Suite.
• Highly organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with significant impact on insurance processes
• Perform analysis of complex insurance processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive changes aligned with business strategies
• Develop a deep understanding of business processes, dependencies, and impacts
• Lead and manage teams in identifying and implementing process improvements
• Share best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and deliver projects on time
• Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Provide training and support to staff on new processes and improvements
• Performs other duties as assigned.
