Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) in Golden, CO is seeking a Marketing Specialist for the Business Insurance National Accounts team. You’ll support marketing operations, assist producers with analytics, coverage guidance, and client retention to grow relationships and win new business.

Ideal candidates have a business-related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of property experience, strong written/verbal communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of property experience including knowledge of individual property, casualty coverage, and risk management issues in multiple industry sectors.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good interpersonal skills, sales-related skills, and high sense of urgency.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams.
• Property & Casualty License or ability to attain it.

Responsabilités

• Support marketing operations for the Business Insurance National Accounts team.
• Assist producers with technical placement, analytics, and account retention.
• Handle day-to-day marketing of existing and new clients, acting as internal resource for coverage and market issues.
