Acrisure is seeking a results-driven Insurance Account Manager to lead key components of new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. You will coordinate timelines, perform exposure analysis, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and present proposals to clients.

Work closely with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams and carrier partners to ensure high-quality service and seamless communication. On-site collaboration is expected to support teamwork and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant insurance experience, mid-to-large market placements.
• Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision; able to accept direction on given assignments
• Proficient with MS Office products, including Excel and Word.
• Experience with Epic is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure document accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timeline and process during new business and renewal cycles, including exposure analysis, quote specs, and negotiation of coverage.
• Communicate effectively within team, including Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and markets.
• Review policies and contracts and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare property and casualty submissions for new business and renewals, including Acord applications and loss summaries.
• Analyze prospect client exposure and loss data in Excel; develop loss-sensitive financial models when needed.
• Maintain familiarity and relationships with insurance companies and wholesalers.
• Handle confidential information and comply with licensing requirements.
• Attend seminars, meetings and training to improve knowledge.
• Perform coverage gap analysis and deliver tailored coverage recommendations.
