Job summary

PuroClean Emergency Restoration of Covington is seeking a driven Business Development Representative. The role focuses on establishing and nurturing relationships with insurers, property managers, COIs, and other professionals to drive referrals and grow business.

You will visit hundreds of agencies on a monthly route, manage CRM data, and deliver lunch-and-learn sessions to promote our emergency restoration services. A base salary with commissions incentivizes performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or better, or comparable work experience (insurance industry background a plus).
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to visit ~200 agencies on a 4-week route.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with insurance agencies, property management companies, and other target market professionals.
• Cold and warm calling new target prospects as well as established clients on a route system.
• Build relationships that lead to referrals of property loss claims - commercial and residential.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and set up closing appointments.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports and CRM records.
• Provide lunch and learns and promote continuing education services.
