Job summary

PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration, is seeking a Marketing Representative to grow our presence in the Chandler area. You will promote franchise services, develop prospects, and educate customers on why PuroClean is the trusted choice for water, fire, mold, and biohazard cleanup.

You’ll work with a close-knit team to meet sales goals and serve communities in times of need. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, relationship-building, and event hosting skills, plus comfort

• Clear and effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Ability to identify and pursue opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Skill in setting appointments, presenting value, and following up with leads.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territory.
• Grow customer base using a systematic prospecting process and regular follow-ups.
• Educate customers on why PuroClean is the preferred restoration partner; provide accurate estimates and pretesting details.
• Build relationships with Centers of Influence and maintain top clients list; conduct lunch-and-learns and education events.
• Develop sales skills across production, estimating, and company processes while ensuring safety and brand guidelines.
• Help build brand awareness and contribute to a team-oriented culture.
