Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in New York is seeking a senior advisor to lead Insurance Optimization Services (IOS). You will work directly with client risk managers, brokers and finance teams to improve total cost of risk and drive EBITDA improvement.

The role requires extensive experience in risk management, insurance brokerage, underwriting and coverage, with strong communication, project management and analytical skills. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of risk management, insurance brokerage, underwriting and coverage
• Bachelor's in insurance / risk management / business administration; MBA/JD preferred
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead clients as a trusted advisor in Insurance Optimization Services
• Manage customer relationships, sales and contract negotiations
• Perform large-scale transaction analyses and due diligence
