Lamb Insurance Services is seeking an Operations Technical Support Specialist to assist with core policy lifecycle workflows using Applied EPIC. You will process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and certificates while ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to SLAs within revenue bands.

The role emphasizes learning major tasks for each team and supporting colleagues weekly to meet performance metrics and data integrity expectations.

Qualifications

• Commercial insurance experience is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn Applied EPIC and internal workflow systems.
• Ability to follow structured processes and maintain data accuracy.
• Comfort working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate policy records, documentation, and activities in Applied EPIC per standards.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Support direct bill and agency bill types of billing structures as assigned.
• Review carrier-issued policies, invoices, and notices for accurate data entry.
• Issue Certificates of Insurance, EOPs, and Auto ID cards using CSR24 and EPIC.
• Follow documentation standards, naming conventions, and attachment protocols.
