Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank’s retail, commercial and flood insurance portfolio and ensure compliance with policy, state and federal banking regulations.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for staff while maintaining a positive team atmosphere.
• Support regulatory audits and exams, update procedures per regulatory changes, and manage reporting and QC processes.
