You will contribute to operational excellence through PM, analysis, and process improvement, supporting AI initiatives and business priorities.

The internship provides exposure to project management, data analytics, and strategic planning while collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing undergrad in Business, Analytics, or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership or meaningful involvement in campus, professional, or community activities.
• Experience with data analysis or reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking, and execution of operational projects and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analyze workflows, data, customer insights, and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to simplify work and enhance experience.
• Contribute to digital transformation, customer service optimization, and strategic priorities across Insurance Operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to understand challenges, gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and support implementation.
