Job summary

A-MAX Insurance is seeking an energetic Office Manager to join our Cypress, TX team. The role drives daily office operations, sales activities, and policy support for customers.

You will supervise staff, coach agents, and ensure policy processing, payments, renewals and compliance in a fast-paced in-office setting. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in insurance sales, a licensed/limited lines credential, and strong bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years Insurance Sales Experience required.
• Minimum of 6 months of Lead/Supervisory Experience.
• Limited Lines License required, Property & Casualty (P&C) preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED, Some College Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store on time.
• Schedule, underwriting, training/coaching, reporting; create sales/marketing strategies; delegate tasks to agents.
• Maintain communication with upper management and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist customers with new/edited policies, renewals and questions.
• Inspect vehicles to assess risk and handle daily COVID safety routines.
