Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls
• Calling current customers – You will proactively call our customers with payment reminders and other concerns.
• Customer service – Your primary role will be working with our customers on their insurance needs such as sending them insurance documents, taking payments and making requested changes.
• Maintaining client relationships – Reviewing current policies with current customers to ensure they are happy with their experience and policy form our office.
