LEGACI Tomorrow Insurance & Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented New Business Coordinator to support the full new business process from submission through underwriting, issue, and reporting. The role ensures completeness, compliance, and timely progression so advisors can close business efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance, financial services, or related operations experience preferred.
• Experience with MassMutual or other carrier systems preferred.
• Insurance licenses (California Life & Health) preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Review and process applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance in an organized and timely manner.
• Communicate professionally with advisors on incomplete or incorrect submissions.
• Report requirements ordered and received from the home office promptly and accurately.
• Track pending business in the firm’s tracking system.
• Follow up on pending business in line with internal service expectations and timelines.
• Report issued policies accurately and on time.
