• Proficient with technology (Microsoft Office).
• Good interpersonal and communications skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to exercise diplomacy in communications.
• Strong organizational systems and processes.
• Detail oriented in handling complex applications.
• Experience with new business processing in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for accuracy and completeness within 24 hours.
• Communicate with advisors regarding incomplete/incorrect applications and status.
• Order medical requirements (APS) within 24 hours for life insurance apps.
• Enter application data and prepare files using submission tools.
• Update Client Management System in real time during processing.
• Scan and email requirements to home office within 24 hours of request.
• Coordinate policy assembly for mail or electronic submissions.
• Daily follow-up of pending business and submissions not in good order.
• Coordinate with underwriters, case managers, and processors for timely processing.
• Train new advisors on submission tools.
• Onboard new clients and assist with asset transfers.
