Colonial Insurance Agency in Keyport, NJ is seeking a Full Time Licensed Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on processing policy applications, endorsements and cancellations, updating client data, and issuing insurance documents.

Ideal candidates have a Property & Casualty license, 5 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with insurance software. Spanish bilingual abilities are preferred; evenings are off and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License is required to be considered.
• 5 years customer service experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Strong computer skills and technical proficiency.
• Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in processing insurance policy applications, endorsement changes and cancellations efficiently.
• Assist in problem resolution, process policy change requests, and process payments.
• Update client information, create insurance quotes and issue insurance documentation.
• Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
• Rate new business.
• Follow up as requested with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
