This is a paid, full-time opportunity with licensing support for Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, plus hands-on training with experienced professionals to grow your book of business.

Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Leadership Trainee to join a structured training environment focused on developing insurance knowledge, sales skills, and long-term client relationships.

This is a paid, full-time opportunity that combines professional training with real-world experience. You'll learn how to identify customer needs, explain coverage options, develop new client relationships, and manage an expanding book of business.

Insurance experience is not required. Licensing support is available for qualified candidates, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licensing.
