Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent Assistant to support our insurance sales team with initial customer communication, information gathering, and quote preparation.

The Insurance Sales Agent Assistant will serve as an initial point of contact for prospective customers by gathering the information necessary to obtain insurance quotes and providing that information to the licensed insurance agent. The licensed insurance agent will be responsible for reviewing the information, discussing coverage options, answering insurance-related questions, making recommendations, and presenting the quote to the customer.
