Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a sales-focused professional to handle inbound and outbound activity for small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads. You’ll conduct discovery, use CRM and AI-enabled tools, and quote/bind policies in line with Gallagher standards.

With minimum 1 year in commercial insurance and a required P&C license, you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver onboarding and meet volume-based targets, while enjoying highly lucrative commission and a structured bonus plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales for small business accounts using provided leads.
• Conduct discovery to understand client needs and identify insurance solutions.
• Use CRM and AI-enabled tools to manage leads and opportunities.
• Quote, bind and support policies per Gallagher processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth sales and onboarding.
