Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and identify appropriate insurance solutions.
• Use CRM systems, digital sales tools and AI-supported platforms to manage leads and track opportunities.
• Quote, bind and support policies in alignment with Gallagher processes and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and onboarding experience.
• Support volume-based sales goals while maintaining accuracy, compliance and client satisfaction.
