Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a driven sales professional to handle inbound and outbound activity targeting small business accounts. You’ll use CRM and AI-supported tools to manage leads, qualify opportunities, and quote policies in line with Gallagher processes.

A licensing requirement and insurance experience are essential. You’ll join a collaborative team with a base salary plus highly lucrative uncapped commission and a monthly bonus structure, offering substantial earning potential and career growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant commercial insurance experience.
• P&C Insurance licensing required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales activity for small business accounts.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and insurance solutions.
• Use CRM systems and digital tools to manage leads and opportunities.
• Quote, bind and support policies in line with Gallagher processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and onboarding.
• Support volume-based sales goals while maintaining accuracy and client satisfaction.
