You will lead technical requirements, coordinate workshops, and ensure customer outcomes align with business goals while delivering exceptional experiences. Some travel may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• P&C insurance knowledge is required.
• Experience with underwriting and rating processes within insurance.
• B2B API implementations or similar integrations preferred.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of JSON, SFTP, APIs or related integration technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance API integrations and guide carriers through system-to-system connections.
• Manage technical requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Conduct pre-implementation consultative workshops with stakeholders and customers.
• Explain LexisNexis data product formats (XML/JSON) and establish connectivity between systems.
