The Andrew Maus Agency in Wisconsin is seeking an Insurance Consultant to join Farmers Insurance with uncapped commissions and growth potential. You’ll work with an experienced agency owner, close warm leads, and build a strong client base while developing leadership skills.

You’ll earn uncapped commissions, receive one‑on‑one mentorship, and gain real-world leadership experience as you grow with the team.

Formación

• Sales-driven mentality and goal orientation.
• Strong communication skills to connect with clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive with initiative.
• Willingness to pursue licensing for Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
