Qualifications

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Comfortable being proactive reaching out, following up, and keeping opportunities moving.

• Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
