You will establish relationships, answer inquiries, and help clients explore insurance options while collaborating with a small, dedicated team in a community-focused office. Delaware license familiarity is appreciated and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to relate to customers, answer questions, and anticipate needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with team.
• Proactive in problem-solving.
• Attention to details and multitasking.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Delaware Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
