Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail, telemarketing).
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License.
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License.
• Able to achieve marketing goals.
• Interested in marketing products based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarity.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options.
