Jamie Russell - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Associate to support daily operations and strengthen customer relationships in Fort Collins. You will act as a liaison between client needs and agency departments to improve the lives of customers.

You will manage accounts, assist with policy changes, process claims, and coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance, while delivering proactive product recommendations.
