Qualifications

Master's degree in a related field and two years of management experience required.
Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years of management experience required.
Seven years of experience in the area with three years in a management role.
One year of experience at the lower level Mgr 2, Regulatory Compliance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Supervise Division staff and contractors performing risk-focused financial surveillance.
Review insurer financial statements, quarterly filings, and regulatory reports.
Develop monitoring plans for regulated insurance organizations.
Analyze financial performance trends, solvency indicators, and risk-based capital reporting.
Coordinate oversight activities across regulatory teams and communicate with stakeholders.
