Qualifications

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements from accounting/finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and regulatory reporting in insurance/accounting context.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, Oracle) and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze accounting and insurance business requirements across ERP modules.
• Translate requirements into system designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration, testing, and integrations between policy, billing, and GL.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for written/earned premium trends, reserves, and expenses.
• Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting; maintain controls and audits.
• Collaborate with Accounting, IT, Actuarial, Underwriting, Billing, and Compliance teams.
