Job summary

Zytek Medsearch is seeking an ERP Analyst in Palo Alto, CA to bridge business operations and technology. The role focuses on ERP configurations, process optimization, and seamless data flow across ERP, Salesforce, Coupa, and Finance systems.

The candidate should have 3+ years of ERP-focused experience and familiarity with platforms including Infor CSI/SyteLine, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite, with strong data integration skills and Power BI usage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor CSI/SyteLine, SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor, or NetSuite.
• Strong knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine) preferred.
• Experience with ERP integrations, data warehouses, Power BI, and other enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Ability to query databases and understand APIs and middleware used for system integrations.
• Experience with Infor ERP or similar platforms (CSI/Syteline preferred).
• BI tools for ERP reporting and visualization (Power BI certification a plus).
• Relevant certifications such as Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or Project Management certifications preferred
• Must have a stable employment history

Responsibilities

• ERP Optimization: Provide functional and technical support ensuring ERP configurations align with business requirements.
• Systems Integration: Support integrations between the ERP and third‑party platforms, including Salesforce, Coupa and Finance applications.
• Process Improvement: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions and automation.
• Technical Documentation: Create functional specifications, data maps, workflows and other technical documentation for developers and stakeholders.
• Data Integrity: Oversee data migration and synchronization across systems to maintain accurate and consistent financial and operational data.
