Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Insurance District Recruiter in Rochester, MN to identify, attract, and develop talented individuals who want to build meaningful careers in insurance and financial services. The role focuses on community impact, leadership development, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to connect people with meaningful career opportunities.
• Self-motivated with solid organizational skills.
• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred or obtainable with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, colleges, and professionals to identify talent.
• Recruit, interview, and attract individuals for insurance and financial services roles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of future insurance professionals across the district.
• Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and outreach activities.
• Educate candidates on opportunities, growth potential, and community impact.
• Partner with district leadership to meet recruiting and growth goals.
• Support onboarding and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Promote the organization’s mission and commitment to communities.
