The Juris Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Insurance District Recruiter in Rochester, MN to identify, attract, and develop talented individuals who want to build meaningful careers in insurance and financial services. The role focuses on community impact, leadership development, and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

• Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life & Health is preferred or obtainable with company support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, colleges, and professionals to identify talent.
• Recruit, interview, and attract individuals for insurance and financial services roles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of future insurance professionals across the district.
• Represent the organization at networking events, career fairs, and outreach activities.
• Educate candidates on opportunities, growth potential, and community impact.

Requirements

• Passion for building relationships and connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.
• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionals and community members.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, community outreach, leadership, or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable representing the organization at networking events, career fairs, and community engagements.
• Ability to work independently while partnering closely with district leadership.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses preferred. Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain both licenses prior to starting the role; full licensing support, study resources, and training will be provided.

• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
