Salary Range: $30,000 - $100,000 per year

The Opportunity

Our growth is driven by insurance-payer provider directories. We need a detail-oriented contractor to manage and optimize these directories across various payers, ensuring accurate listings and enhanced visibility to drive patient engagement and revenue.

Responsibilities
  1. Directory Audit & Cleanup: Build a comprehensive inventory of provider data, correct errors, and standardize listings.
  2. Prominence & Search-Rank Boosting: Collaborate with payer teams to improve Legion's visibility in directories.
  3. Touchless Patient Routing: Implement direct links and tracking mechanisms for patient onboarding.
  4. Data Sync & Governance: Maintain a reliable data source and perform regular updates.
  5. Reporting & Impact: Provide dashboards and metrics to measure improvements and patient volume increases.
Ideal Candidate
  • 2+ years in provider data management, revenue cycle, health plan credentialing, or telehealth growth ops.
  • Experience with payer directories (Availity, CAQH, etc.) and data tools (CSV, SQL, APIs).
  • Knowledge of NPI registry, taxonomy codes, and analytics tracking.
Engagement Details
  • Estimated 20-40 hours/week, initially 3 months, with potential to renew.
  • Competitive hourly rate (1099) plus performance bonuses.
  • Tools used include PostHog, dashboards, and payer portals.
