Ideal candidates are curious, driven, organized, and strong communicators with a willingness to learn; prior insurance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join a Development Program exposing you to contracting, commissions, new business, compliance, agent relations, and sales.
• Rotate through departments, gaining hands-on experience with our systems, processes, agents, carriers, and business operations.
• Develop expertise and pursue related certifications with mentorship from experienced JSA leaders.
