Job summary

Principal Financial Group offers a nine to eighteen month Sales Development Program within our US Life Insurance Group Benefits division. Associates learn to partner with brokers to provide customers with disability, accident, life, and other insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have sales proficiency and positive relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the identified territory as needed.
• Life/Health license required within 90 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brokers to provide customers with comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the assigned territory.
