Tyson & Mendes, a leading national defense firm in the insurance defense space, seeks attorneys with a Texas bar license and strong trial experience. You will develop case strategies, manage court appearances, and mentor junior staff, all within a flexible work model (remote, hybrid, or onsite).

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Texas bar license.
• 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial prep.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload through trial.
• Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop compelling case strategies and drive results in litigation.
• Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motions, and trials.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff across experience levels.
• Maintain professional client communication.
