Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-approved law school.
• Licensed to practice law in your state (Texas bar preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of solid litigation experience, including deposition and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities with discovery and trial.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a case theme that is compelling for high-exposure litigation.
• Lead and mentor litigation teams and junior attorneys.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver value.
• Provide leadership and direction with respect to less experienced attorneys.
