Cozen O’Connor seeks an associate with 4+ years of meaningful defense litigation experience to join its Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will handle bodily injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims, including premises liability, products liability, and other third-party disputes.

Candidates should have hands-on litigation experience: drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and appearing in court.

Formación

• 4+ years of meaningful defense litigation experience.
• NC bar required; SC bar is a plus.
• Experience defending bodily injury, property damage, and wrongful death claims.

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings and motions.
• Manage written discovery.

• Appear in court and assist on trial preparation.
