Rai Fink Ebner is seeking a dynamic attorney to join its new Phoenix insurance defense firm. The attorney will manage a full-time caseload, litigate civil matters, and coordinate with clients, carriers, and colleagues in a hybrid in-office/remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, proficiency with Clio for timekeeping, and solid research and writing skills, with familiarity in Westlaw. Arizona bar in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in civil litigation and insurance defense.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions and legal briefs.
• Familiarity with state court rules and local practices.
• Excellent research and writing skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and litigate a full caseload in Phoenix, AZ.
• Bill time daily using Clio and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, briefs, and other court documents with precision.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw to support strategies and compliance.
