We Are Legal Revolution, a confidential boutique litigation firm in Chicago, seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Associate to handle general liability matters on the defense side.

This midlevel role offers ownership of active matters, day-to-day case development, and opportunities to work on aviation-related disputes if aligned with experience. Candidates will have 5+ years of insurance defense experience, a JD, and the ability to drive matters to resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage core litigation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense matters including premises/product/general liability.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Develop strategy with clients and internal stakeholders to drive matters to resolution.
