Qualifications

• 15+ years of litigation experience.
• Trial experience required.
• First or second chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Extensive deposition and motion practice experience.
• Experience handling general liability, transportation, construction, premises liability, and/or products liability matters.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle depositions, court appearances, mediations, and motion practice.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical guidance to clients.
• Prepare case evaluations and resolution recommendations.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients.
