Jobot is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney in Central Texas with strong trial experience to join our premier civil litigation firm in San Antonio. Compelling salary ($120k-$150k) and a hybrid work model ahead of a varied caseload across state and federal courts.

The ideal candidate will possess a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to the Texas Bar, and bring 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, general liability, and related disputes.

Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney Needed for Leading Civil Litigation Central Texas Firm!!

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions.
• Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners.
• Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas.
• Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed.
