Responsibilities

• Manage a full litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Represent clients in insurance defense claims.

• Appear in court and handle depositions.
• Communicate with clients and report case updates.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Georgia.
• At least 2 years of experience in Insurance Defense Litigation.
• Experience in depositions and trial preparation.
• Strong legal research and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle large caseloads and meet deadlines.
• High ethical standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology.
