Responsibilities include:

• Managing insurance defense litigation cases
• Handling cases related to General Liability, Commercial Property, Bad Faith, First Party Property, and/or Equine Law
• Providing legal counsel and representation for clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major corporations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Insurance Defense experience required
• Admitted to practice in NY, NJ, or PA
• JD from an accredited law school
