Responsibilities

• Investigate facts, meet witnesses, and gather evidence on site.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and related documents.
• Manage discovery to ensure no steps are missed.
• Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Argue motions and get cases ready for trial.
