Ability to transport to court proceedings and meetings.
Valid driver's license required depending on location.

Responsibilities

Handle a caseload predominantly involving low- to moderate-complexity insurance defense litigation.
Develop and apply litigation skills and techniques to try cases to verdict or negotiate resolution.

Attend court events, depositions, and other appointments independently.

Utilize technology, case management systems, and automation effectively.
Travel as required to meet business needs.
