• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and client service.

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense & Construction Defect Attorney in Dallas, TX to join our team and handle a diverse litigation caseload. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance defense litigation, with construction defect litigation experience strongly preferred. Responsibilities include representing clients in matters involving water intrusion, foundation issues, roofing defects, faulty plumbing or electrical work, mold claims, and other construction-related disputes. The successful candidate will possess strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills while managing cases independently and meeting deadlines. Attorneys with backgrounds in construction litigation, commercial litigation, general liability insurance defense, general civil litigation, or real estate litigation are encouraged to apply. We are looking for a proactive, responsive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years minimum experience as an Attorney with construction defect
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Texas
• Member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: $130,000 to $150,000 annually
