Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse litigation caseload in insurance defense & construction defect matters.
• Represent clients in issues including water intrusion, foundation, roofing defects, plumbing or electrical faults, and mold claims.
• Manage cases independently, research and draft persuasively, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication, negotiation, and client service.
