Ideal candidates have 2+ years in insurance defense, experience across Auto, Construction Defect, General Liability, and related practice areas, and a proven ability to build a practice while collaborating with a wide network of clients and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience handling general liability defense matters.
• Strong litigation and deposition skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases through all phases of litigation.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Handle motion practice, discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations.
• Provide client communication and reporting.
• Assist in trial preparation.
