Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Practice areas include Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Motion practice and discovery.
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Client communication and reporting.
• Trial preparation.
